A small Windows app that clears the way for your game while you play. It only touches Windows settings, never your games.
Five careful steps, handled for you. When you stop playing, Talx switches them off again.
Clears out RAM that idle apps are sitting on.
Pauses or lowers launchers, updaters and whatever else you aren't using.
Switches Windows to its best power plan for playing.
Windows hands your game CPU time first.
Close the game and Talx sets things back to normal.
Boost does most of the work. The rest is there when you want more control.
The Windows settings gamers usually dig through menus to change, in one list. Each one says what it does in normal words, so you know exactly what you're changing.
Go ahead and flip a few. These ones are harmless.
One click before you play. Frees RAM, quiets background apps, picks the best power plan and puts your game first. Switches itself off when you stop.
Finds most games on its own (Steam, Epic, Riot, Battle.net, Xbox…) and can boost as soon as one starts. You can add any it misses.
Frees memory and clears temp files, caches and old logs. Shows you the size first, and keeps deleted files for 7 days.
See what launches with Windows and switch off what you don't need, so your PC boots quicker.
Spots overlays drawing on top of your game (Discord, NVIDIA, Steam, Xbox Game Bar…) and can calm them down while you play.
For power users. Set the priority and CPU cores of any app by hand.
A clear history of every change Talx has made on your PC, so you always know what's different.

Talx only changes Windows settings, the same ones you could change yourself in Settings and Task Manager. It keeps a record of everything it does, and it never goes near your games.
No game files, no game memory, nothing injected. That's also why it won't get you banned.
Every change is logged before it's made and listed on the Restore page.
Talx creates a Windows restore point first, and cleaned files are held for 7 days before they're deleted.
No "4,381 problems found" scans, no fake warnings. It tells you what it does in plain words.
A few MB. Runs on Windows 10 and 11.
With Google, Apple, Discord or email.
Or let Talx boost by itself whenever a game starts.
Free covers the essentials. Premium removes the daily limit.

Yes. Talx only changes Windows settings, the same ones you could change yourself in Settings and Task Manager. It never touches game files or game memory.
Every change is logged before it's made, Talx creates a Windows restore point before big changes, and cleaned files are held for 7 days before they're deleted. There are no scary scans or made-up problem counts.
No. Talx doesn't touch game files or game memory, and it doesn't inject anything into games. It only changes Windows settings: power plans, process priority, background apps and the like. They're the same things you could change yourself in Windows Settings and Task Manager.
Windows only lets administrators change things like power plans, process priority and system settings. That's why Windows asks for permission when Talx starts.
Talx only uses those rights to make the changes you ask for, and every one of them is listed on the Restore page.
It depends on your PC. Talx doesn't make your graphics card faster. It clears away the stuff competing with your game for memory and CPU time.
You'll notice it most on PCs with a lot running in the background, and on older or mid-range machines and laptops. Expect smoother, more stable frame rates and fewer stutters rather than a specific number.
Yes. Talx works on any 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC, laptops included, and laptops often benefit from the switch to a high-performance power plan. Plug in while you play: many laptops hold back performance on battery.
Open Talx, go to the Restore page and press Undo everything. Then uninstall Talx from Windows Settings → Apps like any other app. Your settings go back to how they were before Talx.
Only what your account needs: your email, username, avatar, boost count and an anonymous hashed ID of your PC (so free limits can't be abused). That's it.
